Maxthon 1.6.6 build 32がリリース。こっちベースもまだ出すのか。

* fixed some context menu problems under IE7/8
* default installation folder moved to "roaming" folder under win7
* optimized default settings
* middle click works the same as IE8
* removed language selection dialog on first run
* removed "Automatically download new security enhancement update" option in Maxthon Options > General > When Starting
* removed "Default" button in Maxthon Options > Address Bar > URL Alias
* removed "Arrange Icons" command from Windows menu
* removed "Allow Flash" command from Download Control Menu
* added "Remove All" command to Undo menu
* when a tab window is minimized, it is shown on top initially (not disappear)
* links list now always opened maximized
* Organize Favorites dialog is resizeable now
